Artist Statement

Heather Nagel is an award winning fibre artist working in materials of silk, wool, cotton and mixed media. Her studio in Eden Mills displays felt bowls, jewelry, scarves, blankets, dryer balls and wall art.

Up cycling is important to Heather who creates functional items from previously loved sweaters. Heather is constantly exploring life stories with her work and enjoys discovering new paths of creativity.
